“ Sushi 85 is a family mom and pop hidden gem that exceeded our expectations. My sons and I visited for dinner service craving sushi, and we were impressed by the excellent service. The staff was attentive, promptly refilling our water and ensuring we had everything we needed. 5 star service all the way. We enjoyed trying the Assorted tempura, Chicken katsu dinner plate, California roll, Spider maki, and a bowl of Miso ramen. Each dish was delicious--the sushi rice was perfectly cooked, the chicken katsu was generous with an impressive mountain of chicken, and the ramen had tender pork and a flavorful tea egg. It was one of those times where the food looked so good, and we were hungry :p, we started eating everything, and forgot to take pictures of all the dishes! There was plenty of parking, a supercharger next door, and the restaurant was full of locals and visitors alike on a Saturday evening. Overall, we had a memorable dining experience with fantastic food and service. I highly recommend visiting for sushi and ramen. ”
“ Awesome service, delicious food.. if you eat "a lot" I super recommend the all you can eat option!! You choose 3 items at a time and they bring then fresh and tasty for you to eat.. if you don't eat that much, there are a la carte options!! ”
“ Just cruising around Sunnyvale area and had an itch for some sushi. Couple of places we tried first were closed on a Sunday afternoon. Anyhow we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. We had the short ribs which were both flavorful and tender. Also had the California roroll and the redlining mango sushi.all the food went well with an ice cold Sapporo beer. Looking forward to going back ”
“ Great deal for All You Can Eat Sushi at $50. It's good quality rolls .... And they're friendly... I'll be back. The ambiance isn't fancy ... it's simple but clean. They also have Ramen and alternatives for those who don't want raw fish ... ”
“ Went in there craving all you can eat sushi. Initially, we were disappointed because when we were seated, we were only given regular menus . Upon asking, they did give us the AYCE menus. Honestly, everything was quite good. There were a few things missing from the menu that are standard fare, like egg rolls and shrimp tempura. However, we tried some maki rolls, some specialty rolls, veggie tempura, karaage...there's nothing I wouldn't recommend. Price seemed a little high at $50 per person, but maybe I'm out of touch. Service was excellent, and there was no delay between ordering rounds of food. ”
